Welcome to the rules. It is important to follow these rules if you do not want to get banned or your page deleted. Rules may be updated from time to time, so it's best to stay updated.
You must be 13 or older to join. This isn't our rule, but this is a site-wide wiki rule that should be followed. Underaged users will be banned until their 13th birthday.
Vandalism is strictly prohibited.
Spamming is also strictly prohibited.
Swearing is allowed, but the use of swears in an offensive way will likely result in a ban.
Do not use or make sockpuppet accounts.
In addition to this, do not impersonate other users.
General rude behavior will likely result in a warning. Please treat people with respect, regardless of what you think about them.
If you are banned on a different wiki and an admin or user from that wiki just so happens to frequent here, DO NOT ask or beg them to unban you.
Do not attempt to bring drama to here from a different wiki.
Do not share personal information with others. This includes full names, addresses, phone numbers, passwords, etc.
Do not share links that link to pornography or disturbing imagery. This will result in an immediate ban.

Please be respectful in chat and don't escalate conversations into arguments. If you're having an argument, either settle it privately or step away from the chat until both parties are cooled down. If it escalates to the point of harassment, a ban from the chat may be issued.
Do not spam the chat.
Attempting to "clear" the chat is also not allowed, as it counts as spam.
We use a "three strikes" rule. This means three warnings are given to a user before a ban. The only exception to this rule is if the account was clearly made to break the rules, such as sockpuppets and vandals.
Blocks should be given reasonably based on the severity of the offense. Permanent bans should only be given to sockpuppets, obvious trolls, or vandals.
You will be demoted if you violate any of the rules listed on this page. You are not above the users here.
There is no official layout for pages. However, it is best to keep them consistent so the content is easier to follow.
Crossover and parody characters are allowed, but they must tie into MLP somehow.
Do not attempt to steal other people's characters, even if the page is not made yet.
Infoboxes are optional but encouraged for organization purposes.
Try not to make recolors, if possible. There are plenty of bases online to use if you need to make an image for your character.
Tracing from the OFFICIAL SHOW is allowed for aesthetic purposes. Tracing from fanart or vectors is prohibited.
Posting pornographic or gory images is not allowed.
